That seems to be the fatal flaw to most reggaeton/dancehall DJs. Last time I was in Puerto Rico it was great to hear all kinds of Reggaeton pumping out of every store, car, bar, etc. But then on Day 5 it started to take on the form of torture! Every song has the exact same "bum badum bup" beat! Well this is NOT the case in this dope mix. Heatwave takes us all around the latin reggae landscape with cuts from Ini Kamoze en espanol to the definition of contemporary Reggaeton Pitbull. A must listen!

Ok not particularly "blent-well" but "selected-well". This is a first time outing for Paul Irish of the Aurgasm.us mp3 blog. And while this would not be classified as "DJing" since the selecting was done beforehand and then roughly blent within Traktor. BUT this mix is not without merit; those Mp3 bloggers have access to huge catalog of cuts and beats and Mr. Aurgasm selects some killer summer-y tropicali-vibe cuts from all over the spectrum and it makes for a breezy afternoon hour of music.
