Blentwell's eleventh Podcast radio show devoted to bringing exclusive mixes to you from the best new DJs around the world. This episode is brought to us from a long time favorite of the Blentwell crew - DJ R-Ron Hubbard. After gaining much attention online with his early "No Crease Walk" mixtape since then he has been one to watch. N-Ron got in touch with us while in Brazil recording with local rappers and DJs as well as Blentcast no1-alum Maga Bo. This mix goes all over the map but keeps the beats dancefloor friendly - keep an ear out for some well placed mashups, dope Cumbia beats, booming Baile funk and more N-Ron bizness.

Stanton Warriors - Vol 3 promo mix (MP3)

Dunno about you - but the first Stanton Session mix was pretty much one of the best mixes ever. It kinda came out of the musical ether in 2001 and reinstated my faith in breaks. Now fast fwd to 2008 and aside from the good (but not great) Stanton Sessions v2 we have not heard from those mixing maestros. Not sure if v3 is gonna be like the first one but this promo mix certain bodes well! Check it out - crank it up and brock out!

Eraserhead - Warp Memorial Megamix (MISC)

Excuse my absence- anyhow check out this obsessive bit of Mega-mixology. Dunno who Eraserhead is but whoever he/she is they have quite a bit of time on their hands. And quite an extensive collection of Warp Records releases. Get to clickin' this link and download the .zipped MP3 and then be certain to check the source site for the tracklist. Over 90 songs blent together into a 50 minute retrospective mix. Great work Eraserhead!

Favela Clash - Cassiano (Nossa) (HTML→MP3)

Gotta admit I took my time cracking this mix open. I've been overwhelmed with a ton of mediocre Baile Funk mixes lately and they are all starting to sound the same. Within the genre there are a few stand out mixes (Diplo, Sujinho, Marlboro) that are floating around. But there are also HUNDREDS of lackluster baile funk mixes with the same 12 songs! Well let me take full blame - MY BAD! Cassiano (partner in Nossa with Sujinho) brings the fun back to Baile Funk with this mix made up of Brazillian flavors mixed up with some new dancefloor heat. Def. recommended (even if it is a damn zShare link!)

Junior Sanchez - Big Shot Guest Mix (MP3)

First of all - get to know Big Shot! Whew some awesome writing/music/etc going on over there! But almost as importantly - check out this mix from Junior Sanchez. All over the map from the get go (from Apotheosis to van Helden and back to Black Sheep!) with lots of electro niceness blent into the mix. This dude is one of the top DJs in NYC and finding his mixes online is a bit of a rarity. Kudos to Big Shot for sharing!

Texture DJs - The Loft mix #33 (MP3)

Just get ready to boogie... a little nugget of hip wiggling electro - frisco - dancefloor grease from the Texture Djs. Who are the Texture Djs? Well I'm not really sure but they've been at it for over 2 yrs and have accrued 32 previous mixes worthy of a click-n-listen. I've had this mix open for the past week and whenever I was about to close the player I would start it up again and then be sucked in until that dope fidgit-style Beastie Boys remix at the end. Word to the Texture crew!
